HAT Over Temperature Control Valve

HAT-_Web_-_330x129_RBG.jpg

The HAT is a self-actuating valve that modulates open and closed to maintain a constant discharge temperature. Mechanically operated by a thermal wax actuator, this valve is designed to open on falling temperatures.

It can be used to control temperatures in glycol heat tracing systems, limit the temperature of the heating element on tank heating coils, protect analyzer equipment in sampling systems, protect condensate systems from freezing, act as a subcooling steam trap, and for countless other applications.
